An amazing Job opportunity has just opened for a committed RMN, RNLD to work with one of UK's Leading Healthcare Providers. As a mental health nurse you will be working in West Sussex.

 

The specialist hospital offer tailor suited programmes to individuals to help improve their mental health and wellbeing. Our client treats people who maybe suffering with mental health and or eating disorders e.g. anxiety, depression, PTSD, anorexia etc. 

 

As a nurse your duties will include

  • Working within a team
  • Assisting and supporting staff in the management of the Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU) and the High Dependency Units (HDU)

·         Making an effective contribution to providing high quality care to all patients.

·         Being responsible for undertaking and managing patient care.

·         The delivery of care (both individual and group sessions)

·         Participating in patient assessments, planning and evaluation.

 

An ideal nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial to this role:

·         Committed to Personal Learning and Development,

·         Excellent team working skills and be highly self-motivated with a flexible approach. 

•     Good Nursing Experience

•     Excellent Clinical Skills

•     Able to write Care Plans

•     Able to show Empathy and warmth

•     Able to carry out general nursing tasks such as Peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy etc.

•     Able to show a can-do attitude always

 

The successful nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £27,824.00 - £33,153.00 PA. This exciting position is for 37.5 hours per week. In return for all your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits
